Room view of all incident reports
Ability to view all incident reports for children in the class under the room tab on Playground Webb
Edit incident reports
For admin to be able to edit incident reports to fix mistakes e.g wrong title for parent signature selected parent not grandparent
Master roll stays in same place after completing an action.
When you have finished editing a booking on the master roll you are returned to the same place in the list. When you delete a booking you are returned to the top of the list. It would be great for it to stay where you were so that you don't have to scroll all the way back down to where you were again (as a school owned OSHC we delete bookings when a child is absent so often have to delete several in each session and scrolling back down through the list is time consuming)
Notification of Submitted Enrolment Form
At present there is no notification provided when a new family completes their enrolment form meaning they can sit inactive on the system for days. This is losing centres revenue as families go elsewhere due to no contact being made.
It would be very useful to be able to print a list of the children on a particular day and group. For example: the prep children in after school care on Monday.
soiled clothes & incident report
we would like a feature to come up for the parent when they are signing in or out, to advised they that their child has soiled clothes or that they have an incident report to be signed i can see there is an option to do incident report but its like filling out a whole incident report, just something quick and sample for the educator to select to inform families that they child has soiled clothes or and incident report to be signed
Incident Reports - Playground Web
We would like to request -In the Incident Records section that the date of the incident form be displayed next to the incident (e.g. Bruise 30.10.19). Making it easy to identify rather then searching through all the forms if trying to locate a particular incident form . - In the Incident Record section that there is an alert next to the incident form (eg. a symbol, or different colour wording) showing that the incident form requires a signature. Something that is easily spotted for staff to identify if someone hasn't signed the form - Would still like to see Incident Forms be displayed in Xplor Office for the corresponding child.
