We would like to request
-In the Incident Records section that the date of the incident form be displayed next to the incident (e.g. Bruise 30.10.19). Making it easy to identify rather then searching through all the forms if trying to locate a particular incident form .
- In the Incident Record section that there is an alert next to the incident form (eg. a symbol, or different colour wording) showing that the incident form requires a signature. Something that is easily spotted for staff to identify if someone hasn't signed the form
- Would still like to see Incident Forms be displayed in Xplor Office for the corresponding child.
